Bank of Montreal 1908 | Second of Exchange. Large document about 22cm long on watermarked paper. Drawn on the office in London England and sent to what appears to be Nelson, B.C., Canada. This note appears to have not been redeemed as there are no cancelation punches or marks. There are two pinholes in the upper left corner and it is perforated "£69*" to the left of "On Demand". There is a piece of paper stuck to the back over the area of the perforation. I do not know if this was originally affixed. Removing it would likely damage the document. Overall condition is VF. The knarled edges are probably like they were at the time of issue. | $80.00 | |

| 1814 Philadelphia Bank - Philadelphia cheque ($300.00) | AU  Fantastic old cheque printed on coarse paper. Notes of any kind from the early 19th century are scarce, particularly in this condition. The original embossing is apparent. Cute little vignette of a building, typical of the era. Punch cancelled with an X, plus another hole above the signature panel. Measures 14.5 by 6.5 cm. | $20.00 | |
| 1913 R. S. Battles - Girard, Pennsylvania cheque ($250.68) | EF+  Large document measures 24.4cm wide. Very pretty. Punch-canceled. | $25.00 | |
| 1969 First National City Bank SPECIMEN $20 travelers cheque | One cheque hinged to a 4-page information pamphlet explaining how the cheque can be authenticated and redeemed. The pamphlet has been folded into thirds and has light wear along these folds and the edges. The cheque specimen is pretty much pristine. I have shown the front and back of the pamphlet; the inside contains colour images of some older series travelers cheques. Another unusual piece of recent banking history. | $25.00 |
