missing circle! | Fine An unfathomable triple-feature note! FEH 9.00-9.972 is a sheet insert range. Serial number 958 6 859 is a RADAR. The orange tint on the left side of the face is just wide enough to show where the missing circle should be. According to research published in the March 2007 CPMS newsletter, the estimated population of FEH missing circle inserts printed is around 9,800. Since radars are 1 in 1000, less than 10 notes like this one could have been printed. How many of those 9 or 10 were ever found? | $160.00 |
